Year 1: Becoming a Man after God’s Own Heart
The first year of the That Man is You! men’s leadership program, entitled “Becoming a Man after God’s own Heart,” develops the vision of authentic male leadership based on the four leadership roles entrusted to men and firmly establishes the first step in leadership as personal union with God. The program opens the pathway to authentic leadership by providing the means for overcoming the three main obstacles in the spiritual life and strengthening the individual’s union with God.

Year 2: The Revelation of the Father
The second year of the That Man is You! men's leadership program, entitled “The Revelation of the Father,” takes the second step in leadership – Military Leadership in which men battle Satan over the family. It traces the development of modern culture through the failed leadership of men who rejected God, turned against the family and formed a “culture of death.” It boldly sets forth the vision of a new springtime where men embrace authentic leadership and allow God to manifest himself as the all merciful Father who builds a “culture of life.”

Year 3: A Light to the Nations
The third year of the That Man is You! men's leadership program, entitled “A Light to the Nations,” takes the final two steps in leadership – Economic Leadership and Political Leadership. It recalls the moment that Christ sent his apostles as a light to the nations commanding them to bring his message to the ends of the earth. As apostles of the new springtime, men are called to perpetuate the mission of Christ by inculturating truth, beauty and life in society. The program helps men discern how Christ wishes to use them in the new evangelization and equips them with the tools required to fulfill their mission.
