That Man is You! is offered to parishes free of charge by Paradisus Dei, Inc. a lay ministry within the Catholic Church and an IRS 501(c)(3) corporation who finances the program through two appeals for donations (one during the Fall semester and one during the Spring semester). The donation appeals are presented only to the men who attend the program and not the parish at large.

The host parish is expected to fully fund the onsite costs of hosting the program. These costs include promotional expenses, an optional $10 Participant Book for each participant (the host parish can pass along this cost to the men of the program), and necessary audio/visual equipment. These costs can vary significantly based upon the required investment in audio/visual equipment.
