The response from men to That Man is You! has truly been overwhelming. Results from participating parishes indicate that the program is effective in attracting between 5%-15% of the registered men in a parish and that it retains the vast majority of these men throughout the 26 week program. Evaluations from men attending the program typically rate the program content and structure over 9.5 on a 10 point scale. As such, the men attending the program frequently become its greatest promotion. The impact of the program in the lives of men as noted by Pastors, wives and the men themselves is most frequently witnessed in three areas:

Transformation of marriages and family life. The program successfully helps men to understand that their first role and their greatest joy relate to the family. The presentations on the original vision of man, woman and their union is literally created with "opening panoramas" for men that allow them to see their wives, marriages and family in a new light. Grateful wives are one of the most obvious fruits of the program.

Treatment of men's issues. Modern men struggle with a host of issues including balancing the demands of work and family, finances and chastity. The program's forthright approach to these issues has been credited with helping numerous men address some of the greatest threats to modern families.

Involvement in parish life. The program is successful in helping to activate the faith of men. The expression of this spiritual awakening is most frequently made by an increased participation in parish life and ministry.
